The base price for an average fillet is $70, which corresponds to 2.5 pounds. This is the price for an average fillet. The actual fillet that you will receive could be different, and will be priced based on its weight.

Our salmon fillets are trimmed — with the belly and tail removed — and typically range between 2 to 3 pounds each. Because sizes vary naturally, your final total will be based on the actual weight of the fillet at the time of delivery.
