Our Story

This started with a memory - flavors from childhood, shaped by countless summers spent with my grandparents. Every now and then, they would treat us to smoked fish, and that flavor stayed with me. Years later, I set out to bring it back. What began as a hobby soon grew, as friends and family kept coming back for more.

 

A few years later, Koalaty Smoke Co. was born. We keep everything simple - the menu is limited, so more focus is given to each item, and all fish is smoked in small batches, so you know it’s fresh.
